Our Story…

It all started with two sisters-in-law who share a love of art. Rebecca, who is married to Jamie’s twin brother, came to Jamie with an idea for watercolor silhouettes. It didn’t take much for the idea to blossom into the exciting possibility of creating an art business. Having a strong belief in the importance of family, we wanted to create art that was meaningful and could be enjoyed for generations to come. Our dreams became a reality in the fall of 2015 when we opened our first online shop. With the support of our amazing customers, we launched our website in February 2018.

In the Spring of 2018 we expanded our business and introduced the Traveling Heirloom Sisters which offers local special event services such as paint parties and face painting.

In January 2019 we welcomed Rebecca’s sister, Alison, to our team. We have since expanded to include other artists and hope to continue adding passionate and talented individuals as contributors to The Heirloom Sisters Boutique. We have a strong desire to support our fellow artists. Our hope is that our Heirloom Sisters’ Gift Boutique will give artists of all abilities the opportunity to showcase their talents while providing unique and meaningful pieces to our clients .

In 2019, after years of decorating cookies around holidays per family tradition, we added decorated sugar cookies to our event services.

In March 2022 we acquired our first brick and mortar shop. Located in the historic Opera House building in downtown Winder, we are excited to watch our business grow. Seeing our vision come to life and evolve has been a dream come true. We thank you for being a part of our journey. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Meet The Artists

BEX (REBECCA) Creative Director, Artist

Rebecca is the co-owner of The Heirloom Sisters and the brains behind the artwork that started it all. She has had a love for art since she was a young child. Rebecca studied art throughout her life. During her formative years, she took art classes in public school and later while attending Gordon College. When she is not creating art, she is raising three rambunctious boys and tending to her 100 year old historic home. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
